Receive 19% discount* for cushion orders processed remotely

* discount applies to new HR foam core seat cushions with bonded polyester wrap which is glued in place. Customer will need to provide measurements and installation of new insert into covers.

The steps to replace a seat cushion are outlined below: measurement, different foam firmnesses, and wrap.

We are offering a 19% discount on these seat orders because you are assuming the responsibility of measuring and filling the cushion covers, and disposing of the old inserts, two areas of customer service we normally supply. We are always happy to help over the phone. Please be sure your cover has a zipper or opening that allows you to get the old cushion out and the new cushion in. If the opening is much less then the width of the cushion we don’t advise ordering the firmest foam. It can be difficult to put in!

Should you choose UPS delivery we will vacuum down the finished product. If you choose pick up, we would bring your order to our front door

Uncomfortable? Sofa looking sad and tired?

Don’t give up on your sofa just yet!

You don’t have to get rid of your sofa or chair if it is uncomfortable. We can make new cushion inserts to fit your covers. New inserts can firm up or soften your cushions. They can also return saggy, tired looking cushions to their fullest glory.

Foam Firmnesses

Foam firmness is measured on a resistance scale called ILD (Indent Load Deflection). The number range is between 10 to 70. The lower the number the softer the foam, the higher the firmer. Most cushion replacements are for cushions that have gotten to an ILD of 30 and lower. For most adults this lack of resistance allows the client to sit through the cushion and bottom out. We are usually being asked to make new inserts using ILD’s of 40 or 50. Although there is a 70 available, please note that this foam is as close to “hard as a rock” that polyurethane foam gets.
